Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Recruitment & talent acquisition:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Employee onboarding:
- Support pre-joining and joining formalities.
- Coordinate document collection and verification.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in conducting employee induction sessions.
- HR operations:
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Support attendance and leave management processes.
- Update employee information in HRMS/ATS systems.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
