HR Associate

LOCATION - Greater Noida, Delhi NCR

EXPERIENCE - 4 to 7 years

STARTING CTC - ₹8 to 10 LPA THE ROLE

We are hiring an HR Associate to independently manage the complete employee lifecycle while introducing structured HR practices across the organisation. The right person is proactive, approachable, and confident with people, policies, and processes. This is not a maintenance role: the mandate is to improve how HR works at Saveer, and the growth track below reflects that ambition.

YOUR GROWTH PATH

1 JOINING

HR Associate - ENTRY Own day-to-day HR across the full employee lifecycle.

2 IN 2 TO 3 YEARS - Manager, HR - FIRST PROMOTION

Lead recruitment, operations, and policy for the company.

3 ONWARDS - Senior Manager, HR - SECOND PROMOTION

Direct people strategy and long-term capability.

✓ Appraisal every year. Promotions and increments follow demonstrated work performance, reviewed annually against clear goals.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

MINIMUM COMMITMENT

18 MONTHS The appointment carries an 18-month non-exit service agreement from the date of joining.

NOTICE PERIOD - 3 MONTHS

Exit after the commitment period requires three months of prior written notice.

MIRROR HANDOVER - 90 DAYS A replacement is hired at least 90 days before the exit date and trained by the outgoing associate for those three months before the shift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Policies & Process

- Develop, implement,



and refine HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Set up transparent processes for onboarding, probation, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separation.
- Maintain complete documentation and drive company-wide policy awareness.

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, sales, marketing, and corporate functions.
- Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Deliver a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining, and build a distinct employer brand.

Engagement & Culture

- Plan engagement activities, recognition programmes, and internal communication that strengthen culture.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented work environment.

Performance Management

- Coordinate the appraisal cycle, KRAs and KPIs, and employee development plans.
- Work with managers to monitor performance and identify training needs.
- Support career development and succession planning.

HR Operations & Compliance

- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave documentation.




- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare HR dashboards and periodic reports for management.

Leadership Support

- Partner with senior management on workforce planning and organisational development.
- Recommend improvements in organisational structure and employee productivity.
- Support change management as the business scales.

QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, biotech, agriculture, or project-based organisations is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of HRMS software and Microsoft Office.
