Role Description

HR & Hotel Operations Manager – Udaipur

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR & Operations professional based in Udaipur, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, to manage the HR function and oversee day-to-day operations of a 20-room boutique hotel and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete hiring and recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Maintain and monitor staff attendance, leave records, working hours and employee documentation.

Handle day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination and basic HR administration.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel and restaurant.

Oversee daily hotel operations, staff performance,



guest experience and operational requirements.

Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

Maintain regular reports and updates for the Reporting Manager.

Assist in creating and implementing operational processes, staff schedules and internal systems.

Take ownership of multiple responsibilities and effectively multitask across HR and hotel operations.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, hospitality operations, or a similar role.

Based in Udaipur or willing to relocate.

Robust communication, coordination and people-management skills.

Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.

Ability to multitask and independently manage responsibilities.

- Prior experience in hotel/hospitality operations will be an advantage.
