Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring all team members are following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met.

- Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any facility issues promptly and efficiently.

- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels for cleaning and maintenance.

- Develop and implement productive cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas are addressed in a timely manner.





- Handle customer complaints and requests with professionalism, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new housekeeping staff, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.

- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on housekeeping activities and performance metrics.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
