Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all areas meet company standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves scheduling and supervising housekeeping staff, allocating tasks, and monitoring work quality. The supervisor will coordinate laundry services, manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and ensure equipment is properly used and maintained.

Responsibilities include handling guest or internal customer requests, resolving service issues promptly, and reinforcing safety and cleanliness protocols. The role also requires preparing basic reports on housekeeping activities and supporting training of new team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess practical Housekeeping expertise, with knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and room or facility upkeep.




- Candidates should possess Laundry skills, including handling linens, stain treatment, and operating laundry equipment safely.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities to respond to requests, address concerns, and maintain a positive experience for guests and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating staff, reporting issues, and following instructions clearly.
- Experience in hospitality, facilities management, or a related environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage physical tasks, and work flexible shifts as needed.
- Basic knowledge of safety, sanitation regulations, and quality control methods is preferred.
