Role Description The Hotel Operations Manager role at TripCiti is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services to ensure smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Hotel Operations

Manager will coordinate staff schedules, monitor service quality, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role involves handling guest escalations, optimizing occupancy and revenue, implementing operational improvements,



and collaborating with the broader TripCiti team to align hotel services with travel packages. This position requires a hands-on approach, regular interaction with guests, and active leadership on the hotel floor.

Qualifications

- Robust Operations Management skills, including experience overseeing hotel or hospitality operations and improving processes.
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction with a customer-centric mindset and focus on service quality.
- Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with guests, staff, and external partners.
- Solid Customer Service skills, with experience managing guest concerns and ensuring positive experiences.
- Experience in Training staff, including onboarding, coaching, and performance support.
- Background in hospitality management or a related field; a degree or diploma in hotel management is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic financial reporting is an advantage.
