We are looking for enthusiastic Hotel Management students to join as interns/trainees and gain hands-on experience in hospitality operations including kitchen, service, and front office. This role is ideal for students who want real-time industry exposure.
Key Responsibilities: Kitchen (if assigned):
- Assist chefs in food preparation
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness
- Learn basic cooking and plating techniques
Service / F&B;:
- Assist in serving customers
- Take orders and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain table setup and cleanliness
Front Office:
- Welcome and assist guests
- Handle basic inquiries and support billing
- Maintain customer service standards
Qualification:
- Pursuing Hotel Management / Catering / Culinary course
Experience:
- Fresher / Student
