About the Role

Delight Hospitality is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven General Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations and business performance of our 54-room hotel in Bangalore.

The General Manager will be responsible for the hotel's overall revenue, profitability, guest experience, operations, people, and property standards. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, commercially minded, and capable of building a high-performing hotel team.

Key ResponsibilitiesHotel Operations

- Take complete ownership of the hotel's daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
- Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, Security and other operational functions.
- Ensure rooms and public areas consistently meet Delight Hospitality's standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance and operational issues are resolved promptly.
- Establish clear SOPs, processes and accountability across departments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements.

Revenue & Business Performance
- Take ownership of the hotel's revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and improve Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and total hotel revenue.
- Work closely with the revenue, reservations and sales teams to maximize room revenue.




- Monitor OTA performance, pricing, promotions, cancellations and channel mix.
- Develop strategies to increase direct bookings, corporate business, repeat guests and overall demand.
- Review competitor pricing and market conditions and take appropriate commercial decisions.

Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the hotel's annual budget, forecasts and operating plans.
- Monitor daily and monthly financial performance against budgets and targets.
- Control operational expenses without compromising guest experience.
- Identify areas of revenue leakage and unnecessary expenditure.
- Take responsibility for the hotel's P&L; and overall profitability.
- Work closely with the finance team on revenue reconciliation, vendor payments, expenses and financial reporting.

Requirements
- 4–8 years of hotel/hospitality management experience.
- Experience managing a 40 room property preferred.
- Strong leadership, commercial and operational skills.
- Good understanding of hotel revenue and P&L; management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on, proactive and results-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
