Job Summary
We are actively hiring an experienced Senior Windows Server Administrator (L3) to manage and support enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, PowerShell scripting, server migrations, patch management, and troubleshooting critical infrastructure issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
- Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and domain management.
- Configure and support Windows Failover Clustering.
- Lead server upgrade, migration, and modernization projects.
- Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
- Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and server hardening activities.
- Configure and maintain monitoring tools such as SCOM and SolarWinds.
- Manage backup and recovery solutions like Veeam, Commvault, or Rubrik.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex L3 incidents.
- Support hybrid infrastructure environments across On-Premise and Cloud platforms.
Candidate Profile
- years of hands-on Windows Infrastructure Administration experience.
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience handling critical production environments and L3 escalations.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale IT infrastructure.
