Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of university hostels and mess facilities.
- Ensure the safety, discipline, comfort and overall well-being of students.
- Lead and coordinate a team of Rectors, Mess Managers, support staff and external contractors/service providers.
- Ensure the safety, discipline, comfort and overall well-being of students.
- Monitor hostel services, housekeeping, mess operations, maintenance and student facilities.
- Effectively address student concerns and ensure a positive, disciplined and supportive residential environment.
- Coordinate with university departments and senior management for smooth hostel operations.
- Ensure compliance with university policies, procedures and standards.

Eligibility & Desired Profile
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in administration,



preferably in a university, educational institution, residential campus, hostel or similar large-scale environment.
- Age below 40 years.
- Strong ability to work with and effectively deal with college-going students.
- A composed, mature, responsible and passionate individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital/technology-enabled administrative systems.
- Solid organizational, problem-solving and team-management abilities.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, student-centric residential campus environment.
