Role Overview
We're looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to support day-to-day operations across our properties — managing guest experience, coordinating staff and vendors, and handling administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly. No prior experience necessary — we'll train the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at assigned properties, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness
- Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and respond to guest queries and issues promptly
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff/vendors
- Manage stock and supplies (linens, toiletries, amenities) across properties
- Maintain records — bookings, inventory, expenses, and vendor contacts
- Liaise with property hosts and communicate updates or issues
- Handle basic negotiations with vendors and service providers
Requirements
- No prior experience needed
- 12th pass
- Must be based in Mumbai
- Living near Bandra / Khar / Santacruz preferred but not necessary
- Own bike preferred but not necessary
- Strong communication and people skills (ENGLISH)
- Flexible with weekend/evening availability as needed
