Role Description The Hospitality Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience across Betr India Foodworks’ food and beverage operations. In this role, the specialist greets guests, manages reservations or order flow, and ensures prompt, courteous service throughout their visit. The position involves coordinating with kitchen and service teams, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in customer areas, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.

Specialist also handles guest inquiries and feedback, resolves service issues, and promotes brand values through professional and empathetic communication. Daily tasks include monitoring service quality, adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines, and contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Effective Communication abilities to interact with guests and coordinate with internal teams.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Hospitality Service standards.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafes, hotels, or similar F&B; settings is preferred.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality standards in food and beverage service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education or certifications are an advantage.
- Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
