We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and result-orientated Public Relations Officer (PRO) to represent our hospital and build robust relationships with patients, doctors, corporate organisations, clinics, referral partners and the local community.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional personality, and the ability to develop relationships that support patient services, hospital visibility and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain positive relationships with patients, attendants, doctors and external stakeholders.
- Handle patient enquiries, feedback and grievances professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments to ensure smooth patient support.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate companies and referral partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to develop referral and corporate relationships.
- Promote hospital services, specialities, health packages and facilities.
- Plan and coordinate medical camps, health awareness programmes and community outreach activities.




- Support hospital marketing and promotional activities.
- Develop corporate healthcare tie-ups and institutional relationships.
- Collect patient and referral-source feedback and communicate important issues to management.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of field visits, meetings, enquiries, referrals and activities.
- Represent the hospital professionally at meetings, events and community programmes.
- Coordinate with the marketing and administration teams to improve hospital visibility and patient experience.

Eligibility & Skills

- Any bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in hospital PRO, healthcare marketing, and patient relations.

Salary will be based on experience

Candidates with experience in hospital marketing, patient relations, doctor relationship management, corporate tie-ups, medical camps or healthcare business development are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
