Job Profile: 1. Conduct audits of loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

- Verify loan documents, customer information, and disbursement records.

1. Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and process gaps during audits.
2. Prepare audit reports with findings and recommend corrective actions.
3. Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory guidelines, and SOPs.
4. Coordinate with branch and operations teams to resolve audit observations.
5. Maintain proper audit documentation and records.
6. Monitor loan processing and repayment procedures for compliance.
7. Support risk assessment and process improvement initiatives.
8. Proficiency in MS Excel, analytical skills, and experience in banking/NBFC loan operations is preferred.

Working hours & Week off 9 hours working & 1st and 2nd Saturaday Off
