Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on hoarding and flex designing for various digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. The designer will create visually compelling hoardings, flex banners, and related promotional materials aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include conceptualizing layouts, selecting appropriate colors and typography, preparing print-ready files, and adapting designs for different sizes and formats.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams to understand client requirements, revising designs based on feedback,



and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets. The position requires consistent communication in a remote environment and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in graphic design for hoardings, flex banners, and other large-format print materials.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
- Understanding of branding, layout principles, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of print production requirements, including file formats, resolution, and bleed settings.
- Ability to interpret client briefs, translate concepts into visuals, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with marketing and client-facing teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising design is an advantage.
