Role Description The Holiday Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR, responsible for advising customers on flight options, holiday packages, and tailored travel itineraries. Daily tasks include understanding traveler needs, recommending suitable routes and fares, and managing bookings, changes, and cancellations. The role involves coordinating with airlines and internal teams, providing accurate information about travel policies, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end travel experience.

Expert is expected to handle customer queries in person and via phone or email, maintain up-to-date knowledge of offers and promotions, and contribute to a positive,

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client advisory skills, with the ability to understand traveler needs and suggest appropriate travel solutions.
- Proficiency in using travel booking tools, reservation systems, and basic computer applications to manage itineraries and records efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, courteous, and professional interaction in person and over phone or email.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple bookings, follow-ups, and documentation with accuracy.
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or related service industries is preferred, but motivated candidates with a strong service orientation are encouraged to apply.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating within a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
- Basic educational qualification such as a high school diploma; a degree or certification in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.
