Job DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished Technical Project Manager with 6–10 years of experience in delivering complex AWS-based software development projects. Prefer to have product development or product engineering background. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end SDLC execution, SAFe Agile and Scrum delivery, and proven capability in managing high-pressure, client-critical engagements across onsite-offshore delivery models.

NThis role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive engineering quality, delivery predictability, and customer satisfaction.

NKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS software development and modernization projects across distributed teams
N
- Own complete project lifecycle including estimation, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and release governance
N
- Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and SAFe framework, including PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and program execution
N
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices including coding standards, peer reviews, CI/CD governance, and quality gates
N
- Provide oversight on solution design discussions and architecture alignment in collaboration with technical leads and architects
N
- Drive strong focus on quality engineering, including automation strategy, API testing, integration readiness, and defect prevention
N
- Manage demanding clientstakeholders with maturity, professionalism, and strong escalation-handling capabilities
N
- Lead high-pressure, high-visibility programs with strong ownership, structured execution,



and delivery discipline

- Coordinate effectively across onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery
N
- Provide regular projectstatus reporting, executive dashboards, governance updates, and mitigation plans

nRequired Qualifications & Experience

N

- 6–10 years of overall experience in IT delivery and Technical Project Management
N
- Strong track record of managing AWS cloud-based software development programs
N
- Solid understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle, including estimation, design, development, testing, and deployment
N
- Proven expertise in Secure Agile and Scrum methodologies
N
- Experience driving automation, API testing practices, and continuous improvement in engineering quality
N
- Strong technical orientation with ability to participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning
N
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
N
- Demonstrated ability tohandle tough clients, manage escalations, extremely proactive, and deliver under high-pressure environments
N
- Experience working in global delivery setups with onsite-offshore engagement models
N
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence
N
- Hands-on project management and should willing to play Scrum Master role.

- SAFe Agilist / Scrum Master (CSM) / PMP certification preferred
