Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality audits and provide feedback/coaching.
- Monitor process, communication and soft-skill parameters.
- Analyse data and prepare reports/presentations.
- Conduct calibrations and identify improvement areas.
- Support training, TNA and current-hire learning.
- Provide real-time floor support and ensure process compliance.
