Key Skills

- 7–9+ years of experience in IAM Development / Architecture / Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Cloud.
- 3+ years of SailPoint IdentityNow implementation & development experience.
- Strong experience with Okta, Active Directory / Azure AD, LDAP & HRIS integrations.
- Hands-on with Java, BeanShell, REST APIs and SCIM.
- Strong knowledge of IGA, IAM, RBAC, ABAC, Access Certification & Provisioning.
- Experience with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC and SCIM.
- Experience in Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle and IAM automation.
- Good understanding of IAM security, compliance, SOX/GDPR and audits.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
