NThe Plant Head will be responsible for establishing and leading a state-of-the-art 10 GWh lithium-ion

Nbattery pack assembly facility, driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, and delivering high-

Nquality output aligned with business objectives. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role

Ninvolving end-to-end ownership of plant setup, commissioning, production operations, workforce

Ndevelopment, and continuous improvement.

NKey Responsibilities

nPlant Setup & Commissioning

NLead the setup of the greenfield Li-ion battery pack assembly facility from concept to full-

Nscale production.

nDefine plant layout, equipment selection, installation, automation requirements, and

Nproduction workflow design.

NEnsure adherence to project timelines, cost objectives, compliance, and quality standards.

NCollaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, Quality, and Technology teams for

Nseamless commissioning.

NManufacturing Operations – 10 GWh Output

NOversee full-scale production operations delivering MWh and GWh level containerized

Nbattery energy storage solutions.

NDefine and manage KPIs for productivity, yield, safety, delivery, and overall equipment

Neffectiveness (OEE).

nEnsure strict compliance with global standards for battery performance, traceability, and

NEV/BESS industry norms.





NDrive digital manufacturing implementation including MES, automation, and data-driven

Ndecision-making.

nLeadership & People Management

NLead, mentor, and scale a high-performing workforce including experienced senior

Nengineers, supervisors, and technicians.

NEstablish a solid culture of safety, operational discipline, continuous improvement, and

Naccountability.

nEnable talent development and succession planning to support rapid business scale-up.

NSupply Chain & Inventory Management

NWork closely with SCM toensure availability of critical components including cells, modules,

NBMS, enclosures, and raw materials.

NOptimize inventory planning, vendor performance, and logistics efficiency for uninterrupted

Noperations.

nQuality, Safety & Regulatory Compliance

NImplement world-class Quality Management Systems (ISO/TS standards).

NEnsure best-in-class EHSpractices tailored to Li-ion battery handling, storage, and

Nmanufacturing.

nEnsure plant operations comply with national and international regulatory requirements.

NCost & Performance Optimization

NDrive operational excellence initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and

Ncontinuous improvement projects.

NMonitor plant budget, cost drivers, and ensure profitability and productivity targets are met.
