NCreyox Technologies is a growing IT solutions company delivering Odoo ERP, web, and custom software projects for clients across industries. We're expanding our Odoo team and looking for a talented Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join us on-site in Rajkot.

NRole Overview

nAs an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant, you'll bridge the gap between client business needs and Odoo's technical implementation — gathering requirements, configuring and customizing modules, and supporting clients through go-live and beyond.

NLocation: Rajkot, Gujarat (In office)

NSalary: ₹5.40 LPA – ₹7.20 LPA

NEmployment Type: Full-Time

NResponsibilities

- Gather and analyze client business requirements
N
- Configure and customizeOdoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR)
N
- Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules using Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript
N
- Handle data migration, testing, and deployment
N
- Provide training and post-implementation support
N
- Troubleshoot functionaland technical issues with the team
N

nRequired Skills & Experience

N

n
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP in a techno-functional or similar role
N
- Proficiency with Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript for Odoo module configuration and customization
N




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
N
- Strong analytical and communication skills;

comfortable working independently and in a team

nNice to Have

- Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions

- Familiarity with Git, Linux, Docker, or cloud deployment environments
N

nLocation & Work Arrangement

NThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot, Gujarat. There is no remote or hybrid option for this role, and it does not include relocation assistance from outside Gujarat.

NWe're specifically looking for candidates who are currently based in Gujarat and can work on-site in Rajkot from day one. If you're currently located outside Gujarat, we'd encourage you to look for roles in your region — this one won't be a fit due to the on-site requirement.
