CommBox is looking for a hands-on HR Manager to build and manage our people function as we scale. The role will have a solid focus on talent acquisition and hiring, along with employee engagement, HR operations and culture.

What you'll do

- Own end-to-end recruitment across technology, product, content, design, marketing, sales and setup whole function from scratch.

- Source, screen, interview and close high-quality candidates.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment networks.

- Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define roles and close positions quickly.

- Manage contracts, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management and exits.

- Establish and streamline HR policies, processes and documentation.

- Support payroll, leave, attendance and statutory compliance.

- Build a strong, high-performance and entrepreneurial culture.

- Track hiring and people metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.





What we're looking for

- 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing organization.

- Strong prior recruitment and hiring experience is mandatory.

- Proven experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and people skills.

- Strong ownership and ability to work independently.

- Comfortable building HR processes from scratch.

- High discretion, empathy and problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / ATS / HRMS.

- Experience in technology, sports, media or consumer startups.

- Employer branding experience.

- Genuine interest in cricket and sports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
