NAs ALYF continues to scale, we're looking for a senior professional to lead our Legal & CRM functions.
NThis is a cross-functional leadership role requiring someone who understands both the legal complexities of real estate transactions and the importance of delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Lead legal documentation, agreements, compliance and transaction closures

- Oversee CRM from booking through collections, documentation and handover
N
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
N
- Coordinate closely withSales, Finance, Projects and external legal partners
N
- Build robust processes and systems across Legal & CRM
N
- Ensure robust governance while keeping customer experience at the centre
N
nWe're looking for someone with 8–12+ years of experience, preferably within real estate, who is commercially sharp, process-driven and comfortable taking complete ownership.
