Hiring: Lead Generation Executive – Web Development

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to help us find and connect with potential clients for our web development services.

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive Experience: 1+ Year

Work Mode: Remote

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Responsibilities - Find potential clients who need website or web development services - Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, social media, and other platforms - Contact potential clients and understand their requirements - Follow up with interested prospects - Generate qualified leads for the sales/development team - Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups - Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets

✅ Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales,



or business development - Good English/Hindi communication skills - Good internet research and communication skills - Comfortable with calling, messaging, and email outreach - Good follow-up and client-handling skills - Basic knowledge of websites/web development is an advantage - Must have a laptop/computer and stable internet connection

Compensation ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month + performance-based incentives Salary will be discussed based on experience and skills. Incentives will be based on performance/results.

Work From Home This is a 100% remote full-time position.
