NDinearth, a brand of Ashtavinayak Ecopak Limited, is looking for a proactive and commercially driven professional to join our International Business Development and Export Sales team in Mumbai.

NThe selected candidate will manage existing international customers, oversee export order execution, and develop new business opportunities across global markets.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with existing international customers and understand their requirements.
N
- Coordinate orders from confirmation through production, documentation, dispatch, and shipment.
N
- Work closely with Production, Logistics, Accounts, Quality, and Documentation teams to ensure timely execution.
N
- Identify and approach potential international customers, distributors, importers, and business partners.
N
- Handle enquiries, quotations, samples, price negotiations, product presentations, and commercial discussions.
N
- Coordinate with freightforwarders, shipping lines, CHAs, transporters, and other logistics partners.
N
- Prepare and coordinate export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading/Airway Bills,



and Certificates of Origin.

- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
N
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and the Accounts team.
N
- Conduct market researchto identify new countries, customers, and business opportunities.
N

nCandidate Profile:

N

n
- Experience in International Business Development, Export Sales, or International Sales.
N
- Positive understanding of export-import procedures, international logistics, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
N
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
N
- Ability to manage existing accounts while actively generating new international business.
N
- Experience in food packaging, sustainable products, disposable tableware, HORECA, QSR, FMCG, or a related industry will be an added advantage.
