Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary & Incentives

- Freshers: 13,000 16,000 Take Home + Incentives
- Experienced: Up to 22,000 Take Home + Incentives for the first 3 months
- From 4th Month: Up to 30,000 Take Home + Incentives, based on performance during the first 3 months

Eligibility

Freshers:

- Female candidates with positive communication skills can apply.
- Graduates / candidates with relevant educational qualifications preferred.
- Strong interest in HR and recruitment.

Experienced Candidates:

- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Experience in BPO Recruitment / IT Recruitment / US IT Recruitment / Sales Recruitment or related recruitment roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.





Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with hiring teams and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain good candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
