A premium and growing luxury floral & lifestyle brand in New Delhi is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive General Accountant to manage its finance and accounting operations end-to-end.

Location: Vasant Vihar (Priya Market / Westend Greens), Rajokri, New Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete books of accounts, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Prepare and manage invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment reconciliations.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, and related returns.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Manage day-to-day cash expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements.
- Maintain inventory records, track stock movements, and perform periodic inventory reconciliation.
- Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.




- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Experience & Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in accounting; experience in retail, floral, FMCG, lifestyle, or similar businesses will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, Busy, and MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience with GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS.
- Ability to prepare financial statements and conduct financial analysis.
- Good understanding of inventory management and costing.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and deadline-driven.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
