Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an International Voice Process in Bangalore. The role involves interacting with international customers over calls, understanding their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Candidates with good English communication skills and prior BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / Domestic or International Voice Process
- Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Positive customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Candidates should be comfortable working from office at Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international voice calls
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers
- Ensure accurate information is provided during every interaction
- Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements
- Maintain required productivity and performance parameters
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues whenever required
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the interaction
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to 30,000 per month
- Take-Home: Up to 26,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to 7,500
- Retention Bonus: Up to 60,000, as per organization policy
- Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility available
Shift & Working Details
- Shift: Night Shift / US Shift
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
