Responsibilities

Lead the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new suppliers, markets, and sourcing opportunities to strengthen the supplier ecosystem and mitigate risks.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships, service excellence, and value creation.

Drive supplier negotiations, contract management, and commercial discussions to secure favorable terms, improve profitability, and enhance supply assurance.

Design and implement sourcing strategies that improve operational efficiency, reduce procurement costs, and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).

Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, supply chain disruptions, and industry developments to proactively identify risks and opportunities.

Lead supplier performance management, including quality, delivery, cost, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality,



and Business Units to align sourcing strategies with business requirements.

Establish and govern sourcing policies, processes, and best practices to ensure compliance, sustainability, and ethical procurement standards.

Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives within sourcing and procurement functions to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Mentor and develop sourcing teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Support business expansion and strategic projects through effective sourcing, supplier development, and risk management strategies.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline. MBA or qualified procurement certification (CPSM, CIPS, APICS) preferred.
