Function: Supply Chain & Procurement

About the Role:

We are looking for procurement qualified to manage technical, emergency, maintenance, and project-related procurement activities for our manufacturing operations.

The role will be responsible for sourcing engineering equipment, critical spares, technical services, and project materials while ensuring timely delivery, competitive commercial terms, and compliance with procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of technical materials, equipment, spares, and services.
- Handle emergency and breakdown procurement requirements to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Support CAPEX and project procurement activities including RFQ, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiation, and PO finalization.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Operations, Stores, and Finance teams to understand requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Develop and manage suppliers for engineering equipment, maintenance materials, and critical technical categories.
- Negotiate commercial terms, evaluate alternate sources, and drive cost optimization.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality, and after-sales support.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, SAP/ERP processes,



and documentation requirements.

Key Procurement Categories: The role will cover a broad range of technical procurement categories including:

- Process equipment such as Glass Reactors, Tanks, Filter Presses, Pumps, and related equipment.
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Spares.
- Utility and Electrical Systems including panels, RMUs, and related equipment.
- HVAC, Fire & Safety Systems, and other plant utilities.
- Material Handling Equipment and Warehouse Systems.
- Technical Maintenance Services, AMC/ARC, Fabrication, and Erection Services.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate Engineer / Diploma Engineer / certification in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred.
- 810 years of relevant experience in Technical Procurement, Engineering Procurement, Maintenance Procurement, or Project Procurement.
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, engineering, or process industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical procurement and techno-commercial evaluation.
- Experience in handling mergency procurement, CAPEX projects, supplier development, and negotiations.
- SAP/ERP procurement experience is must.
