Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing professional to lead client servicing and end-to-end campaign management across digital platforms. The role requires strong expertise across DV360, Google Ads and Meta, along with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client servicing and act as a key point of contact for digital media and performance marketing requirements.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from planning and execution to monitoring, optimization and reporting.
- Develop and execute branding and performance campaigns across DV360, Google Ads and Meta.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective digital media strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and drive performance against defined objectives.




- Manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Analyse campaign and business data to derive insights and support media recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.

Desired Skills

- 8+ years of experience in digital media/performance marketing, preferably within a media agency environment.
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on expertise across DV360, Google Ads and Meta.
- Strong understanding of both branding and performance marketing.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients and deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and campaign optimization skills.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, client-facing environment.
