Generative AI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Developer with 5–10 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents, and NLP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise data.
- Work with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, Claude, or similar models.
- Develop AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows for business use cases.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and evaluation frameworks.
- Develop integrations with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
- Build and integrate APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.
- Implement model evaluation, monitoring, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, architects, and business teams.
- Deploy AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Optimize solutions for scalability, latency, accuracy, and cost.

Required Technical Skills
- 5–10 years of software development / AI-ML experience.




- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM evaluation.
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex.
- Understanding of NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Transformers.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Valuable knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and MLOps.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP.

Good to Have
- Experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of Fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT, or model adaptation.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of AI security, Responsible AI, data privacy, and LLM guardrails.
- Experience building enterprise GenAI solutions for domains such as Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, or Manufacturing.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
