Eligibility Criteria For Freshers

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Excellent English communication skills B2 level
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Maximum age: 27 years

For Experienced Candidates:

- Prior experience of minimum 6 months in BPO / International Voice / Customer Support is mandatory
- Good international customer handling and communication skills
- Comfortable working in US time zones / night shifts
- Candidates with relevant voice process experience can apply

Common Criteria:

- Candidates should be comfortable working from office
- Relocation candidates can apply
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills are required

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice calls
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions




- Maintain professional communication with international customers
- Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements
- Maintain required productivity and quality parameters
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
