Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers are eligible
- Excellent English communication skills B2 level
- Candidates should be comfortable handling international voice calls
- Willingness to work in night shifts / US time zones
- Maximum Age: Up to 27 years
- Candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore can also apply
- Candidates should be comfortable working from office

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice calls
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions
- Communicate professionally and confidently with international customers
- Maintain a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards




- Accurately document customer interactions wherever required
- Meet assigned productivity and quality parameters
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain professional communication throughout the customer interaction
