Job Summary

We are looking for a Faade Design Engineer Aluminium Systems to provide design and technical support for aluminium faade and fenestration projects. The role involves tender review, faade design, preparation of detailed drawings, BOQ and material take-offs, fabrication documentation, technical coordination, and project execution support.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D and 3D CAD drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings and technical documentation.
- Develop practical faade and aluminium system design solutions based on project requirements.
- Review tenders, specifications, BOQs and drawings and identify suitable aluminium systems.
- Prepare technical proposals, material take-offs, BOMs and fabrication documents.
- Coordinate with clients, fabricators, suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical queries.
- Prepare computation reports and technical presentations for complex faade projects.
- Support product/system development and customized faade solutions.




- Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material quotations and delivery requirements.
- Provide technical support during fabrication and project execution.
- Ensure drawings and project information are maintained with appropriate confidentiality.

Required Skills

- 35 years of experience in Faade Design, Aluminium Systems, Fenestration or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 2D/3D drafting.
- Knowledge of aluminium windows, doors, sliders, curtain walls, unitized and stick faade systems.
- Experience in BOQ analysis, material take-offs, BOM and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of aluminium faade fabrication and installation processes.
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor, Rhino or other 3D design software will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of structural and thermal calculations is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
