Who is Eligible

- Only experienced 6 months & above in customer support
- Should be have excellent communication skills
- Should be an immediate joiner
- Should be flexible to work in the below shifts only

Shift 1 – 5.30pm to 2.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday)

Shift 2 – 8.30pm to 5.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday)

Salary : ( Not negotiable)

6 months to 1yr – 24k take home per month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop





1yr & above – 26k take home per month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
- Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
- Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
