Role- Customer Service

Location- Vashi,Navi Mumbai

Day Shift with Sunday Fixed off

Shift-9.30am to 6.30pm

Need Graduate Fresher/Experience candidate with good communication and immediate joiners.

Salary:

- Freshers: ₹16,800/- per month
- Experienced: Up to ₹24,800/- per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through calls and emails.
- Assist customers with vehicle-related queries and services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
- Follow up with customers and ensure proper service satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned customer service and call-handling targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and polite approach.
- Ability to handle calls and customer queries professionally.
