Job DescriptionWe are seeking a senior executive to lead enterprise‐scale program management within a Global Capability Center (GCC). This role is designed for seasoned professionals with a consulting pedigree (Big 4 or equivalent) who can drive governance, transformation, and delivery excellence across complex portfolios.

NKey Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise programs across intake, planning, build, test, deploy, and warranty phases.

- Establish governance, delivery plans, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
N
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, QA, change management, and operations.
N
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, sprint demos, and UAT.
N
- Mentor teams, manage project health, and ensure compliance with architecture, security, and QA standards.
N
- Build strong client relationships and act as the primary engagement leader.
N

nMandatory Expertise

- Proven experiencedesigning, implementing and operationalizing delivery frameworks, PMOs, Centres of Excellence,



methodologies, or operating models.

- Demonstrated success building scalable delivery processes, governance models, and quality management frameworks.

- 15+ years leading enterprise technology, cloud, AI, or digital transformation programs.

- Solid executive stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

- Hands‐on with Agile, hybrid, and product‐oriented delivery approaches.

- Consulting background with client‐facing delivery excellence.
N
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI‐ACP, SAFe, Prosci, Microsoft Azure/AI.
