ND2C / E-commerce/ Retail Accountant

NWe're looking for an Accountant with hands-on D2C / E-commerce experience to join our team.

NIf you understand retail accounting is more than just bookkeeping — and have experience with marketplace reconciliation, payment gateways, GST, inventory and MIS — we'd love to hear from you.

NWhat you'll be responsible for:

- Day-to-day accounting & bookkeeping
N
- Worked on Amazon SellerCentral, Nykaa, and other marketplaces, and is comfortable with marketplace accounting and reconciliation.

- Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and relevant regulatory compliance for consumer products and online sales.

- Ability to manage inventory accounting, cost tracking,



and margin analysis for skincare and haircare products.
N
- Bank, payment gateway &marketplace; reconciliation
N
- Shopify / D2C sales reconciliation
N
- Amazon / Flipkart & more reconciliation
N
- Maintain accounting records in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP
N
- COD, refunds, cancellations &

• RTO reconciliation

- GST, TDS &

• TCS reconciliation

- Inventory, COGS &

• SKU-level costing

- Monthly P&L; and management MIS

- Channel-wise &

nWhat we're lookingfor:

N2–3 years of accounting experience

ND2C / E-commerce experience is strongly preferred

NStrong knowledge of GST, TDS & TCS

NExperience with Tally / Zoho Books / ERP

NStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills

NExperience with payment gateways & marketplace settlements

NGood understanding of inventory & COGS

NStrong attention to detail and reconciliation skills

NThe ideal candidate is someone who can look at our sales and tell us where the money went — from order to settlement to bank to P&L.;

NExperience: 2–3 years

NCTC: ₹3.8–₹4.2 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance
