NThe Opportunity

nOur client is a fast-growing AI-powered enterprise SaaS business, helping organisations turn customer feedback, engagement and analytics into actionable business intelligence.

NThey are seeking a strategic yet execution-focused Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology vision, platform architecture, engineering delivery and AI innovation agenda. This role is ideal for a senior technology leader who has built and scaled secure, enterprise-grade B2B SaaS platforms within a high-growth workplace.

NKey Responsibilities

- Define and deliver the long-term technology strategy, architecture roadmap and engineering priorities.

- Lead the design, development, scalability, availability, reliability and security of the enterprise SaaS platform.
N
- Drive technology innovation across AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, analytics, predictive modelling and intelligent automation.
N
- Make key architectural decisions across distributed systems, APIs, databases, microservices and cloud-native infrastructure.
N
- Lead cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, platform modernisation, performance optimisation and disaster recovery initiatives.
N
- Establish strong engineering practices, coding standards,



quality assurance and delivery governance.

- Partner closely with Product, Data Science and Design teams to deliver AI-powered product capabilities.
N
- Build, mentor and scaleteams across engineering, frontend, backend, DevOps, QA and AI.
N
- Oversee cybersecurity, data privacy, technology risk, compliance and vendor management.

nCandidate Profile

n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
N
- 12+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience.
N
- Proven experience leading and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
N
- Prior CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering or equivalent senior technology leadership experience.
N
- Deep expertise in cloudplatforms such as AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
N
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, DevOps and cloud-native engineering.
N
- Practical experience with AI/ML, analytics-led products, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP or intelligent automation.
N
- Demonstrated ability tolead engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
N
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication and commercial skills.
N

nExperience in CX, survey, analytics, enterprise software or digital engagement platforms would be advantageous.
