The Care Coordinator is responsible for outbound patient calls to guide, support, and drive conversion for preventive health services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to patients for engagement and service coordination.

- Sell and promote preventive health services including health check packages, follow-up tests, pharmacy services, and doctor consultations.

- Encourage patients to complete recommended screenings and follow-ups based on their health reports.

- Book appointments for consultations, health checks, and pharmacy support.

- Explain basic health report findings using straightforward medical terminology.

- Maintain call records, patient interactions, and conversion status in the system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

- Strong sales experience (mandatory), preferably in call-based sales.

- Basic understanding of medical terminology.

- Preferred qualification: Allied Health Sciences / Life Sciences graduate.

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and patient engagement skills.
