Role Description The Hiring C Programming Trainer Cum Faculty role is a contract, on-site position based in Noida. The trainer will design and deliver structured C programming courses for students and corporate participants, including lectures, labs, and hands-on project sessions. Daily responsibilities include preparing curriculum materials, creating learning resources, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners.

The role involves mentoring participants,



clarifying complex programming concepts, and aligning training content with current industry practices and organizational standards. The faculty member will also collaborate with the training team to continuously improve course content and support institutional and corporate training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Solid Teaching and Training skills, with experience delivering technical sessions in C programming.
- Curriculum Development and Education skills to design structured, outcome-focused learning modules.
- Effective Communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly and engaging diverse learner groups.
- Solid proficiency in C programming, including memory management, data structures, algorithms, and debugging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in C or programming pedagogy are an advantage.
- Experience in corporate training or academic faculty roles, preferably in software development or related domains.
- Ability to create practical assignments, projects, and assessments that reflect real-world programming scenarios.
- Strong classroom management, mentoring, and learner support skills, with a commitment to inclusive and unbiased teaching practices.
