We are looking for a highly experienced Business Head – Engineering Plastics to lead sales, business development and key account management across India.
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales & business development for engineering plastic compounds across PAN India
• Manage strategic OEM, Tier-1 & Tier-2 accounts
- Drive new business development and new project acquisition
- Understand end applications and recommend suitable polymer grades based on required properties
- Develop new projects with automotive and engineering customers
• Drive Metal-to-Plastic and polymer material replacement projects
- Work closely with technical, R&D;, production and quality teams
- Manage key accounts to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate customer requirements, forecasts, dispatches and inventory planning
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars,
technical presentations and customer meetings
