NTarget Markets: Global — US, UK, Australia & English-speaking markets

NWHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO

NThis SDR sits within the Marketing Inbound team and owns two core responsibilities:

- Client Calls & Qualification: Take discovery calls with inbound leads (mostly founders and hiring managers). This requires solid client communication, negotiation skills, and prior experience handling B2B client conversations.

- Experience with HubSpotCRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Prior exposure to selling services (talent solutions, staffing, IT outsourcing, or agency)

- Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Lusha, or Hunter.Io
