Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing & Insurance Executive to handle insurance and TPA-related activities in the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with patients, insurance companies, and TPAs to ensure smooth processing of cashless and reimbursement claims.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance claims for patients.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for claim processing and approvals.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy details, coverage, and validity.
- Collect and verify all required documents for insurance claims.
- Prepare and submit pre-authorization requests to TPAs/insurance companies.
- Follow up on cashless approval, enhancement requests, and final authorization.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments to obtain required medical documents and reports.
- Ensure timely submission of discharge and claim documents to the respective TPA/insurance company.
- Follow up on pending, rejected, queried,



and partially approved claims.
- Respond to insurance/TPA queries and provide the required clarifications or documents.
- Maintain proper records of insurance approvals, claim status, queries, and settlements.
- Coordinate with patients and their attendants regarding insurance procedures and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance/TPA processes.
- Identify discrepancies in claim documentation and take necessary corrective action.
- Maintain regular communication with insurance companies and TPAs for smooth claim settlement.
- Prepare regular reports on pending claims, approvals, rejections, and settlements.

Experience:

4–6 years of experience in hospital insurance/TPA operations preferred.
