We are expanding to Gurugram – Phase 1 and are looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Operations Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our new outlet.

The brand is known for its traditional sweets, savouries, snacks, and casual dining, and we're looking for someone who can lead teams, maintain operational standards, and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Location: Gurugram – Phase 1

Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Position: Assistant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Outlet/Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs, operational procedures, and service standards.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient order flow and minimize delays.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily operational requirements.
- Support cash handling, billing, daily sales closing, and basic operational reporting.
- Assist in managing food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.




- Train and guide new team members on service standards and outlet procedures.
- Support the Outlet Manager in achieving sales, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure the outlet is ready for opening and properly closed as per company checklist and SOPs.

Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, casual dining, café, or food service operations.
- Previous experience as a Senior Steward, Captain, Supervisor, Shift Manager, or Assistant Restaurant Manager will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Good team-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage operations effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of basic inventory, billing, and restaurant processes.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates with experience in sweets, snacks, QSR, or casual dining brands will be an added advantage.
