Job DescriptionAbout the Role

NA Mumbai-based interior design studio, working across healthcare, residential and hospitality, is hiring two architects. Each reports to the Senior Architect of the assigned team and runs the day-to-day of two projects, from early design through live construction. Design contribution is expected from the first phase, not after a stretch of drafting.

NWhat You'll Do

- Handle the day-to-day of two projects at different stages

- Coordinate in three directions: consultants and contractors, the client on routine matters, and upward to the Senior, the Lead and, when critical, the Principal

- Coordinate MEP, structural and other consultants on live projects;

align with the design team on early-stage work

- Contribute design ideasand develop them with the Senior and the Lead
N
- Produce drawings, details, models and presentation material to the studio's standard
N
- Prepare and deliver presentations, and communicate ideas within the team
N
- Guide interns and junior architects (one to two years) on routine tasks
N
- Accompany the Senior onsite and progressively handle routine queries
N
- Flag red flags to the Senior early, and to the Principal where critical
N
- Scale from two projectsto more as you settle in

nMust Have

- 3 to 5 years in architecture
N
- A studio of similar size (around 20 to 30 people or more) with direct Principal or Lead exposure and end-to-end project work,



not a single task area

- Consultant and contractor coordination on at least one live project

- Personal design contribution on completed work

- AutoCAD and SketchUp;

Photoshop and InDesign;

MS Office or Google Workspace

- Fluent English and explicit communication

- Based in Mumbai or genuinely settled in Maharashtra

nCompensation & Work Arrangement

N₹5.00–8.00 LPA (CTC). Work from office, Mumbai, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
