Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, and AI application development.

The candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to identify AI use cases and build scalable solutions that improve business efficiency, automation, customer experience, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
- Develop AI solutions using Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or similar models.
- Build and integrate AI-powered chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, recommendation systems, and automation solutions.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications using vector databases and knowledge bases.
- Implement prompt engineering, structured outputs, function/tool calling, and AI workflows.
- Integrate AI models with internal applications using REST APIs and SDKs.
- Work with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems to build end-to-end AI solutions.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models based on business requirements.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, or equivalent.




- Implement AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
- Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Monitor AI applications for accuracy, latency, reliability, security, and cost.
- Collaborate with product, business, engineering, and data teams to convert business problems into AI solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and AI automation.
- Ensure responsible and secure implementation of AI solutions, including data privacy and access controls.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Good understanding of Generative AI and LLMs.
- Experience with OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM APIs.
- Experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM application development.
- Knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings, vector search, and semantic search.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience with SQL and databases.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems.
- Understanding of Docker and basic CI/CD practices is preferred.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP AI and cloud services is an advantage.





Machine Learning Skills
- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Experience with model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Familiarity with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent.
- Understanding of NLP and text-processing techniques is preferred.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data.

Good to Have
- Experience developing AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows.
- Experience with Computer Vision, OCR, speech-to-text, or document AI.
- Experience with AI-based automation/RPA.
- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps.
- Experience with Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Experience working with enterprise ERP/CRM or business applications.

Education Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
