Key Responsibilities

- Lesson Planning: Design and deliver engaging daily lesson plans matching the school board's syllabus (CBSE, ICSE, or SSC).
- Language Proficiency: Teach Hindi grammar, prose, poetry, and literature to build strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Student Assessment: Create, administer, and grade quizzes, tests, and homework assignments to track student progress.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, respectful, and interactive learning environment.
- Parent Communication: Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and growth.
