nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Design and develop complex multi-layer high-speed PCBs using Altium Designer.
n
- Perform PCB layout for high-speed interfaces including:
n
- DDR4 / DDR5 / LPDDR
n
- PCIe
n
- MIPI
n
- 10G+ Ethernet
n
- High-speed Serial Interfaces
n
- Create and maintain PCB component libraries, footprints, and symbols.
n
- Execute placement, routing, DRC setup, DRC closure, and design optimization.
n
- Generate manufacturing deliverables including Gerber files, ODB++, STEP files, DXF files, assembly drawings, and fabrication outputs.
n
- Prepare HyperLynx/SI-PI files and collaborate with SI/PI teams for design closure.
n
- Understand and implement PCB stack-up recommendations for signal integrity and manufacturability.
n
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, DFM, DFT, and DFX requirements.
n
- Perform CAM verification and DFM checks using tools such as Valor.
n




- Work closely with hardware, manufacturing, mechanical, SI/PI, and validation teams throughout the product lifecycle.
n
- Support prototype bring-up, debug, manufacturing queries, and design change implementation.
n

nMandatory Skills

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience in Altium Designer PCB Layout.
n
- Expertise in high-speed digital board design and routing.
n
- Experience with multilayer PCB design (10+ layers preferred).
n
- Positive understanding of:
n
- Signal Integrity (SI)
n
- Power Integrity (PI)
n
- EMI/EMC
n
- PCB Stack-up Design
n
- High-Speed Routing Rules
n
- Exposure to DFM, DFT, and manufacturing processes.
n
- Experience in Gerber generation, CAM review, and PCB fabrication support.
n

nPreferred Skills

n

n
- Experience with HyperLynx, Valor, SI/PI analysis tools.
n
- Knowledge of FPGA, SoC, processor, and memory-based board designs.
n
- Familiarity with IPC standards and compliance requirements.
n
- Experience handling board designs from concept through production release.
n

nEducational Qualification

n

n
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, or related disciplines.
n
